Board Members
The Council would not be able to accomplish its goals without the dedicated help of its Board of Directors and its Advisory Board. Our Board Members are high-ranking members of corporations and non-profit organizations with goals in line with the Council’s overall mission; the promotion and integration of a holistic interpretation of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Board of Directors: Members of the Board of Directors are responsible for planning the various activities and events the Council hosts. These range from our annual Corporate Responsibility Summit to our Generation NEXT Youth Camps, among other programs. The Board of Directors also over-see the Council’s Committee’s and Sub-Committee’s and answer to and work directly with the Council’s Executive Director. Board of Directors must serve for a minimum of two years unless they choose to resign or are forced to resign due to illness or dismissal.

Advisory Board: Members of the Advisory Board help facilitate the Council’s mission by bringing visibility and legitimacy to the Council. Advisory Board members are CSR leaders and as such have deep contacts to those associated with Corporate Responsibility. With those contacts, Advisory Board members are responsible for procuring and referring possible clients, suggesting and helping in procuring venues, obtaining sponsorships and other various duties. Advisory Board members are members for life unless they choose to resign or are forced to resign due to illness or dismissal.
